Miller's investments and land di- vision has sold a 41,000-square-foot ofce/warehouse building in Dallas. Located at 1750 Regal Row, the prop- erty is near I-35 and Dallas Love Field Airport. Sumair Trading Inc. pur- chased the building from Regal Row Center Ltd. Malik represented Su- mair Trading in the transaction, while James Mantzuranis of Stream Realty represented the seller. UCD PURCHASES 21 ACRES FOR FUTURE RETAIL, MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS SAGINAW, TEXAS — Robert Dorazil of United Commercial Development (UCD) has purchased a 21-acre prop- erty on the southwest corner of Bailey Boswell Road and FM-156 in Saginaw. Edward Bogel and David Davidson Jr. of Davidson & Bogel Real Estate brokered the transaction. UCD will be developing retail shop space on the property and is working with DB2RE on the retail pad sites. GREYSTEEL ARRANGES SALE OF EL SOL DEL LAGO APARTMENTS DALLAS — Greysteel has arranged the sale of El Sol Del Lago, a 318- unit apartment community in Dallas. Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and Ryan Hill of Greysteel represented Oradell Lane Holdings LP in the sale of El Sol Del Lago to Diamond Villa Apartments LLC. Lo- cated in the Bachman Lake neighbor- hood of Dallas, El Sol Del Lago is a garden-style community. IPA ARRANGES SALE OF 189- UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Institution- al Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of AMLI 7th Street Station, a 189-unit apartment community in Fort Worth. Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Rowan Burch of IPA repre- sented the seller, AMLI Residential Properties, and procured the buyer, Fort Worth-based Olympus Property. AMLI 7th St. Station is located at 2601 W. 7th St. AMLI 7th Street apartments feature nine-foot ceilings with crown molding and full-size washer and dryer connections. Select units feature Travertine wood-burning freplaces with mantels. Community amenities at AMLI 7th Street include a one-acre dog park, pool and heated spa, media center and garden-style courtyards. ARA NEWMARK BROKERS SALE OF APARTMENT COMPLEX RICHARDSON, TEXAS — ARA New- mark has brokered the sale of Jeferson Center, a new 360-unit, Class A apart- ment community in the Dallas suburb of Richardson. The property was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale. ARA Newmark's Richard Furr, Brian O'Boyle Sr., Brian Murphy and Brian O'Boyle Jr. represented seller, JPI, in the transaction. California-based buyer Frankel Family Trust plans to rename the community Estates of Richardson. The Frankel Family Trust is adding a lighted tennis court and community building that will contain an indoor basketball court, racquet- ball court, ftness areas and table ten- nis. Constructed in 2015 by JPI, Jef- ferson Center fronts the George Bush Turnpike/Highway 190 and features a swimming pool with water features, two playgrounds, a jogging path, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, sand volleyball court, dog park and an out- door theater. Units average 943 square feet and feature one-, two- and three- bedroom options. ARCH-CON TO BUILD 468,000 SF DISTRIBUTION CENTER LANCASTER, TEXAS — Arch-Con Construction, a design-build general contractor, has begun construction on a 468,000-square-foot distribution center in Lancaster, a southern suburb of Dallas. The company broke ground in April on Park 20 Distribution Cen- ter on behalf of developer Huntington Industrial Partners. The project will be a tilt-wall, cross-dock distribution center with a 32-foot clear height on a 36-acre site. Additionally, Arch-Con Construction has opened a new of- fce in Dallas.
