There's so much going on in the world of real estate, especially in Tex- as. One of our cover features focuses on grocery-anchored retail centers, particularly Austin-based Whole Foods Market. The company is launching a new brand this month, 365 by Whole Foods Market, which is expected to cater to a younger demographic with high qual- ity at a somewhat lower price point. The frst 365 by Whole Foods Mar- ket opens this month in Los Angeles, but locations are planned in Houston and the Austin suburb of Cedar Park.
