Michael Kent of Stream Realty represented the seller, LAIT Texas LLC, in the transaction. The property was built in 2001 and tenants include Physical Therapy and Birth Center Stone Oak. NAI PARTNERS NEGOTIATES SALE AND PURCHASE OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY PLEASANTON, TEXAS — NAI Part- ners has negotiated the sale and pur- chase of a 9,100-square-foot industrial property on a four-acre lot at 449 Cor- gey Road in Pleasanton. Chris Caudill and Wade Carter of NAI Partners rep- resented the seller, Code Red Safety, during the negotiations. Dan Boyles Jr. and Clare Flesher of NAI Partners represented the buyer, Johnson Spe- cialty Tools. NORTHMARQ SECURES LOAN FOR OFFICE PROPERTY SAN ANTONIO — Bryan Leonard of NorthMarq Capital's San Antonio of- fce has arranged acquisition fnanc- ing for a 25,379-square-foot ofce property located at 7540 Louis Pasteur Drive in San Antonio. The 10-year loan includes a 25-year amortization schedule and 75 percent loan-to-value ratio. NorthMarq Capital arranged f- nancing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank. CBRE NEGOTIATES SALE OF BUILDING IN EL PASO FOR PIMA MEDICAL INSTITUTE EL PASO, TEXAS — Pima Medical In- stitute has purchased a 40,000-square- foot building in El Paso to expand its medical course oferings. The school will relocate from a smaller cam- pus on Burnham Road to the former Saddleblanket Co. building at 6926 Gateway Blvd. East in fall 2016 once renovations are complete. Upon clo- sure of Anamarc College in June 2014, Pima Medical stepped in and began teaching the former college's 76 oc- cupational therapy assistant students. In addition to the current program oferings of occupational therapy as- sistant, medical assistant and medical administrative assistant, more pro- grams will be added to the new loca- tion, including certifcate programs in dental assistant, pharmacy technician, veterinary assistant, central sterile processing and phlebotomy techni- cian. Rebecca Rojas of CBRE's El Paso ofce, along with Nancy McClure of CBRE's Tucson ofce, represented Pima Medical Institute in the site search and sale negotiations. BH PROPERTIES LEASES 409,180 SF INDUSTRIAL SPACE IN EL PASO EL PASO, TEXAS — A business unit of Stockholm, Sweden-based Electro- lux Group has leased 409,180 square feet of industrial space in El Paso. BH Properties bought the 655,000-square- foot building from Electrolux in 2009 and leased it back to the company un- til February of 2014. The property is located at 9600 Pan American Drive. Terms of the fve-year lease were not disclosed. Cushman & Wakefeld | PIRES International's Brett Preston and David Hingst were the brokers for the transaction. Champlain Cable Corp. occupies 117,000 square feet in the building, and 128,000 square feet is unoccupied. Electrolux also oper- ates a manufacturing facility across the border from El Paso in Ciudad Juarez. COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL ARRANGES SALE OF VILLAS AT HELEN OF TROY EL PASO, TEXAS — Clear Sky EBH has purchased the 108-unit Villas at Helen of Troy apartments located at 1325 Northwestern Drive in El Paso. Villas at Helen of Troy Partners LP was the seller. Bill Hahn, Jef Sherman and Trevor Koskovich of Colliers In- ternational's Phoenix ofce brokered the transaction. Maricopa County records show the buyer acquired the property with a new loan arranged by Walker & Dunlop's Phoenix ofce. The complex was built in 2013. W E S T T E X A S
