FOGO DE CHÃO TO OPEN IN RESTAURANT ROW AT HUGHES LANDING THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian steakhouse, has signed a lease agreement to open a new location in Restaurant Row at Hughes Landing, a 66-acre mixed-use development ofering views of the 200-acre Lake Woodlands. This will be the second Houston-area location for the steakhouse. M&M; ARRANGES SALE OF RETAIL PROPERTY IN GALVESTON GALVESTON, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged sale of Ja- maica Village Shopping Center, a 21,065-square-foot retail property lo- cated in Galveston. Derek Hargrove and Matthew Mignerey of Marcus & Millichap's Houston ofce marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The team secured a Houston owner and facili- tated the sale with a local bank lender. Jamaica Village Shopping Center is located at 16708 San Luis Pass Road.
